When coaching might be helpful.
Often, it's not that everything is falling apart. It's just that things feel... noisy.

You feel stuck in your own head and can't quite untangle it.
Something has shifted - a diagnosis, a change, or just seeing things differently.
You keep going round the same thoughts, but not getting anywhere new.
You've got decisions to make, and everything feels like a priority.
You don't know where to start...
If any of this feels familiar, you're not alone.
You don't need to wait for a breaking point to start, and you don't need a clear plan.
Whether it feels like a mountain or just a persistent hum...
if it matters to you, it's enough.
NOTES.
This isn't therapy. It's space to think.
Guided, grounded, and shaped by you.

How we work together.
Coaching is a partnership - something we figure out together.
It isn't about being 'handled', 'managed', or 'fixed'. And it certainly isn't about having to perform.
Instead, think of it as:
Bamboo scaffolding for your thoughts - strong, flexible, and only there for as long as needed.
Thinking out loud until the noise clears.
A protected silence where you can actually hear yourself.
Think of our sessions as a clearing in the woods - a place to pause and get your bearings.
You lead the way.
I walk alongside you.
We follow your thinking until the path actually starts to make sense to you.

Who
I work with
When the shift comes from the person, it tends to last.

Who this is for.
You don't have to fit neatly into any of these!

Individuals
Businesses
I work with adults who carry a lot, but find it hard to hear their own voice amid the noise.
My clients don't need another generic manual; they need a partner to help them write their own. That's where I come in.
I protect the space while you draft a way forward built on your strengths, your values, and your own thinking.
You don't need a formal diagnosis.
You don't need to arrive with the "right" words.
No pressure to fit into a pre-made box.
What matters is a willingness to explore your thinking honestly.
I don't coach "Senior Leaders". I coach people who happen to carry senior responsibilities.
Responsibility carries weight. And it's the person - not the title - who has to bear the load.
Sustainable change starts with the person. The same principles of discovery apply within an organisation as they do outside.
My approach remains - reflective, confidential, and focused on helping you hear your own voice amid the noise.
If you'd like to explore how this reflective approach fits within your team or business, you can email directly:

What sessions typically look like
1.1 coaching sessions - 50 minutes - online
In-person sessions can be discussed depending on location and availability.

1.1 coaching | 50 minutes | *online
The rhythm of a session.
There's no script to follow - only a structure to hold the space. It's a starting point designed to let the thinking happen.
01
We begin where you are
No agenda required. We start with whatever is most present - the thought you're circling or the noise that won't settle.
02
We follow your thinking
We stay close to your words. The pauses and hesitations are usually where something important is trying to surface.
03
We make sense of things
Together, we notice the patterns and the pressure points. Not to judge or fix - just to see them clearly.
04
We adjust as needed
Some people leave with next steps; sometimes just clarity. Either way, we work at a pace that feels right for you.
NOTES.
*In - person sessions possible.
Depending on location and availability.

What happens if you get in touch.
Most people aren't sure what to say when they reach out. That's completely fine.
We'll have a relaxed, 30-minute chat: no pressure, no obligation, just a conversation to see if coaching might be helpful.
I might ask a few gentle questions - to hear what's going on for you in your own words.
You can ask me questions too - about coaching, the process, or how I work.
Take your time - you can ramble, or we can sit in the silence until you find the right words.
By the end, we'll both have a sense of whether I can help. If something else feels like a better fit, that's completely OK. There's no pressure to make that decision on the call.
You don't need to have it all figured out to start. We take it one step at a time.

FAQs
A few things worth knowing.

Still have questions?
Let's talk.

A bit about me.
A bit of context - how I got here, and how I work.

Nailed the 'corporate' headshot
I trained with the ADHD Coaching Academy under Sally Cater (EMCC Senior Practitioner) and Professor Alex Connor (Experienced ADHD-informed coach, co-creator of The ADHD Adults Podcast, and co-author of ADHD Unpacked).
Their work within the ADHD and coaching communities is widely respected - but what stood out to me most was the way they teach.
Not just knowledge, but how to listen. How to think alongside someone, rather than for them.
That emphasis on ethical practice and reflective listening shaped the foundation of how I coach today.
The programme is currently in the process of EMCC accreditation at Practitioner level.
Lived experience:
I'm a late-diagnosed ADHD-er, father, and the founder of ADHDadUK - my personal reflective journal.
I'm 8 years sober - a journey which has taught me a lot about accountability, and the difference between being helped and being heard.
Reflective Practice:
My approach is non-directive and grounded in reflective, person-centred practice. That means I don't impose a framework or push towards predefined outcomes.
I work with curiosity, structure (when it's helpful), and silence when it's needed.
I've worked across multiple industries, including corporate, construction, and finance. I even went to university as a mature student to get my law degree (ADHD, right!).
My practice is grounded not only in my training and life experiences, but also in my professional onces too. Because the reality is that the working world, for the most part, still isn't set up to support neurodivergent people - like me!
Coaching can help bridge that gap while the wider change hopefully catches up.
